Refund Policy

Our refund process, eligibility criteria, and expected timelines.

1. 24-Hour Free Cancellation

In accordance with U.S. Department of Transportation regulations, you may cancel your booking within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided the booking was made at least 7 days before the scheduled departure. This applies to all fare types.

2. Refundable vs. Non-Refundable Tickets

  • Refundable Tickets: Eligible for a full refund of the airfare (minus Travelz Master service fees) at any time before departure.
  • Non-Refundable Tickets: Not eligible for a cash refund after the 24-hour window. However, most airlines offer a future travel credit minus applicable change/cancellation fees.

3. Travelz Master Service Fee Refunds

Our service fees are non-refundable except in the following cases:

  • Cancellation within the 24-hour free cancellation window
  • Booking error made by Travelz Master
  • Flight cancelled by the airline with no alternative offered

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team with:

  • Your booking reference number
  • Full name of the primary passenger
  • Reason for the refund request
  • Preferred refund method

5. Refund Processing Time

  • Credit/Debit Card: 7–14 business days after approval
  • Bank Transfer: 10–20 business days
  • Airline Credit: Typically issued within 5–10 business days

Please note that refund timelines depend on the airline and your financial institution. Travelz Master processes refund requests within 48 hours of receipt.

6. Airline-Initiated Cancellations

If an airline cancels your flight, you are entitled to a full refund from the airline regardless of fare type. Our team will assist you in processing this refund or rebooking on an alternative flight.
